整整一年没有回来这里了, 我还以为这部落格已经不存在.

回来看看以前的post, 可看的津津有味.
最惊讶的是既然有人回复,说喜欢我的文章...小弟感谢您们的支持!

一年过去了, 很多东西也变动了.
车买了, 大学也顺利毕业了! 现在正在修一年硕士...
城市也变了, 到了一个陌生的环境....貌似繁华的诺丁汉先生,你然我一点安全感都没有.
街上的人带着歧视的眼光看着我这黄种人...也惯了, 无所谓, 我只想快点离开!

唯一不舍反而是现在大学的生活. 和同学相处非常好, 课也非常有趣...比起我读学士时跟家投入了!
可惜功课很多~时间过得很快...小时候很想快点大学毕业出来上班, 做大人....现在我却怀念当小孩不用为前途着想和天天同朋友玩的日子.

有时候看看镜子, 我的样子是不是又老了点(量和压力把我给老化了T.T).
十年后的我, 会不会跟现在的名人一样,越老越好看呢? (如果不整, 可以吗?)

为了换回点童心, 我开始看One Piece....
今天看了一集, 他问人的生命到底如何才到终点...

是被遗忘的时候啊...
就算身躯不再, 只要还有人记得你, 怀念你, 你就还有价值...

"当你见到天上星星,可有想起我?"....听到这句歌词时,我会想起肥姐...
虽然我们不认识, 可是从小就陪伴我成长, 就算她离开了, 我还觉得她是以另一种形式活在这世上的...就在怀念她的人的心里....她的电影电视节目里! 她带个我们许多欢乐, 最近上youtube看到一些抹黑她的video, 就很气愤....不过的确要这世上所有人的爱戴是野蛮点...但彼此也应该有些尊重吧!

当你的生命要到终点时, 你想留些什么给世人呢?
你又想世人怀念你些什么呢?
这问题问得太早吗? 谁知道!

Back to topic, looking at facebook, Gary, QS, Darius and Matthew are all announced as in relationship. I was so suprise when Matthew status changed, because he never told me anything about it when I was in Singapore during June.

Anyway, congratulation to all lar.... I think if you guys meet together can have 1 big round table..haha.

Well, on another hand, my status has not change yet (what a shame), still single....
God, I need to Ganbatte.....
Sometimes, it just came to my mind is so troublesome maintaining relationship cause time and effort requires.

Maybe you guys should just give me some tip to get girls...haha

射雕【胡歌版】不一樣的結局

香港TVB高清臺嘅射鵰英雄傳大結局啦！
這版本我雖然之前有看過，但是再重看也不覺得悶。
在我下午最悶的時候，就會用它來填時間。
現在大結局，真有點不舍得。。

男女主角帥和美就不說，就連配角也很棒。
當然我也不是那么膚淺，只看外表，演員的演技也是暫時我覺得最好的！
主角黃蓉（林依晨）演得超好。
楊康（袁弘）和歐陽克（李解）的內心戲也不錯。
加上有香港資深演員如黃秋生、梁家仁等飾演黃藥師及洪七等角色。

最喜歡是改版楊康結局。原本因該是死不悔改，因暗殺黃蓉反而中毒在鐵槍廟死亡。
但卻改成被郭靖感動而痛改前非，重新做人，但因為自知罪逆深重而後來被歐陽峰為兒子（歐陽克）上門報仇而打死。黃蓉最后感嘆的說“你的康第終于痛改前非了”。

結局雖被改，但卻被觀眾接受。可能因為新鮮和較勵志吧！
不過，編劇把故事改成這樣，很應該開拍“神雕俠侶”交代劇情吧，最好也把故事改改和原班人馬，不然來來去去都是這樣的故事，就沒有驚喜了。

Coursework Submitted & 8.8 Taiwan Disaster

Today, I finally decided to submit the referred coursework which I have completed early this month.

Although the due date is 28 Aug, and I did think to wait till the very end to submit the work.
However, after looking through again and again, I just got sick of it.
The only way to remove this heavy rock in my mind is to submit it (once submit, you cannot change anymore).

So now, everything's done...relax!

最近臺灣的風災給我一個很大的啟發。我突然發現自己遇到的困難煩惱跟災民比起來簡直是小巫見大巫。看到被夷為平地的小林村讓我想起去年的四川大地震，真沒想到先進的臺灣會被一次的風災破壞成今。

近幾年來嚴重的災難常常發生，會不會是人類玷污了這塊土地而該受到的懲罰？還是這是上天考驗我們人間還有愛與關懷之心嗎？

有些災民在災難前拒絕撤離，而選擇死守家園。。結果慘不忍睹，一家幾十口，現在只剩數人，其他卻被活埋或失蹤。古老的思想，換來家破人亡。所謂家，只是親屬聚集的住所。房子沒了可以重建，但人死了無論再多的錢也無法換回往日的溫馨。

風災無情，但人間有愛！看到很多熱心卻又不求任何回報或功利的人士踴躍幫忙及給予鼓勵祝福，相信昔日美麗的臺灣很快就能恢復及振作起來！臺灣加油！

TVB d 劇集超煽情

這幾天大多時間都系屋企，電視自然睇得多。
烈火雄心續集都算好睇，如果唔系都不會拍到第3部。

王喜第1同2部都是正派。鄭嘉穎第2部做王喜細路，但戲里比較囂張。
之前劇情都環繞在救火和感情，影像中非常正派。

做到第3部，都不知道點講。很多野太over, 太politics.

1）王喜 - 做野很拼搏，但鉆牛角尖，搞出大頭佛，昏迷左4-5集。醒左對胡杏兒癡情爛打，搞到又出車禍，前一集還說腳有機會回復，今集追女亂開車出車禍（整架車掉下，撞落人地架跑車，無啦啦整達剌，好假！），腳重要切左先可以保命。沒有腳，救什么火啊。還烈火雄心？不要同我講過幾集篇劇寫又有奇跡，不要切腳。。

2）胡杏兒 - 感情一塌糊涂。。。同鄭嘉穎的感情戲很像睇“天幕下的戀人”. 唔該，這套應該系“勵志片”or"專業人員片"。搞到很像愛情片。。。

3) 消防局內政治化 - （陳展鵬飾彭志斌）做消防區長，有錢又花，娶做老婆(臺灣）又搞婚外情。對下屬公報私仇，抓住鄭嘉穎（高級消防隊長）不放狂打。。D人睇左都不敢做消防！
另外一個隊目（三柴）因為學歷不夠升不到做隊長對上司反目成仇。喂，你沒qualification就去讀多點書啦，起道怨人，香港地邊個政府部門或公司不是靠睇qualification升人ah? 有經驗都沒用，沒證書就no say la! 唔系D中學生會考差都不會哭啦！

總之這套劇很politic很煽情，沒正氣！可能現實哪里都有politics, 但人地下班回來睇電視都要睇到氣，或想起一些不愉快D事。。。還算娛樂嗎？

焦慮癥又發作!

My old habit or rather illness knocked on my door again.
I just have alot of things on mind, and the worrying stuffs were manipulating.

I should really count them out:
1) Referred Coursework - Will I pass? Can I proceed to year 3?

2) Grades - Will I able to achieve 2.1 for my degree? Can I proceed to master?

3) Accommodation - This is a wish rather than trouble. I hope the new accommodation is cosy and not noisy or lousy

4) Student Society - Will I able to find a successor and enough people to fill up the committee? No more headache issues for me please (but I think it's not possible with my stupid attitude)

5) Relationship - [BLANK]...haiz

Summer Updates

It has been the second month of my summer holiday.
Supposing this was my last summer holiday (if I exclude the waiting period for Master Programme, well, if I succeed).

This holiday was a heaven and hell for me...

The first few week was extremely blimey, I got to fly to Singapore for 6 days. I tried to meet as many friends as I could (nevertheless, few were not able to due to tight schedule and I'm truly sorry, but anyway, you can always feel my existence either on Msn or Facebook..lolx).

Oh year, Matthew complained my poor usage of English on my blog, and I would try to improve them, but couldn't be blame because I usually update my blog when I was half conscious.

Continuing my heaven story (SG), nice place, delicious food, loads of Chio Bu (美女), but no chance to grab one (**evil**). Everyday was exhausted when I returned to hotel, but it was definitely worth tiring.

I managed to convince my parents to bring them over either on my next summer break or after my master.

When I returned to Hong Kong, I managed to enjoy 2 weeks before my year 2's result was released. The waiting period was definitely a hell to me. The date was postpone from end Jun to mid Jul. Worst still, the overall decision was released and then the results followed few days later. I got a "cannot proceed due to you may have failed 1 or more subject" thinggy.

Then, I started hearing many people failing this and that, even have friends who need to repeat their year 2 and their modules will be graded a "pass" no matter how high they scored.

During my poly days, I had never failed any modules or graded at just pass level. Neither I did fail any subjects in any major examinations during secondary school. The hit really hurts, although there were more who were much more painful, but my high expectation and character really tearing me apart. Although my parents tried not to raise an issue, but when they keep asking me "Has your results released? Will you able to graduate next year? What if this and that?" made me even more upset. Am I disappointing them? Will I still able to get a 2.1 Degree? Will I still able to apply for Master?

For that week, although I tried to act as "No big deal" in front of most, but when it was night and quiet, I always got panic of my result (not released). It's like you knew you were sentenced to death but you just have no idea which method they will be using. I started to get horror dreams, woke up in the middle of the night, and my temper were really bad at that week.

When the result were released few days later (which felt like a year to me), 1 subject failed and required supplementary examination. Another worried aroused, the school changed its policy that international students needa returned to UK to take the examination. When will my examination? Do I need to go back early? Buy an extra ticket? Where am I gonna stay? All these troubles bombarded in my head.

Somehow, I was really lucky...that the school only required me to do a referred coursework rather than examination. That mean I could continue staying in Hong Kong and just submit the coursework through email. When I knew that outcome, I was totally relieved.

Looking back, probably I did not exert my 100% in my revising, or is it because there is a problem with my answering technique? I got to explore and investigate them in this coming school term.

This experience need to tattoo deep in my mind, so that I could work harder in the final year.

My 22nd Birthday

Another year older...

This year's birthday was quite moody as it falls in the examination period again.
However, would still love to thank everyone to make an effort to celebrate with me.
Special thanks to Rikou who "tried" to surprise me by coming up all the way from London with my Birthday cake... Too bad, I just managed to figure out through Calvin.

This was the most beautiful cake I ever had so far, it looks really good and I actually don't really wanna to eat it T.T...Btw, thanks Grace for the candle, they look really great! It's got "Happy Birthday JN"..

The cake was a little solve due to the heat, it's got a creamy chocolate in it.

And the lovely chocolate flower...

End of posting... My wish? Still the same, hopefully everyone gets their desire grades and graduate smoothly :)

Italy Trip During Easter

It was nearly a month after I came back from Italy.
I was so busy till there was no time to update what I have done over there.

Basically, the trip last for 5 days and 4 nights, and we visited to the cities of Pisa, Florence and Venice.

Pisa was the worst out of the whole trip as it was raining heavily on the first day.
It was so slippery and wet and it was much difficult to get nice shot with this historical building -.-...

This is a branded outlet located in Florence outtown. A place which I enjoyed the most, because here is the place where you can buy stuffs that are 30-70% cheaper than retailer price. The items are not current season of course, however, they are not really as in "out-dated".
Here's what I have got!

A Gucci Bag and couple of Gucci Wallets. To be honest, the bag is really worth buying.
It is leather made, with partitioning in there, and also a shoulder strips.
It cost less than 200 Euro (SGD394)...
The wallet cost around 60-80euro each...

Venice is another lovely town. Basically, it gives you an environment of free and relaxing.
You won't wanna to walk quickly in this town, instead, buy a cup of ice-cream, sit by the shore and watch lovely boat passes by...

Well, yet most of us in the end still finds UK will be a better place to stay...much more convenient and less language barrier...lolx. However, if I have another chance, I am sure to make a return to Florence outlet and Venice :)

Last week of term 2

Presenting to you a shoes that recently bought.
Love this kind of shoes very much recently, it fits especially when
wearing kaki or blank pants.
The texture of the shoes made it kind of vintage, where minor scratches will not be easily notice.

This is the last week of term 2...to conclude the term, basically aside working on projects and managing the society, basically i dont think i have learn anything yet...gosh..exams are just nearly 2 months away. God Bless!

Lately, there are lots of project submission... which made my days really kind of miserable. Whenever ppl ask where I am going (from home), I will tell them meeting... There are all sorts of meeting that have been taken place (Sch project, society or blabla), one after another, which seems no end at all.

Anyway, all it need is to bare few more days and holiday will come, and I really hope I can relax a couple of days (totally doing nothing)... And next week, it will be my looking forward Italy trip.
Since 2 days ago, I realised there are lots of outlets I can go at Florence. Imagine Prada and Gucci selling at 55-75% of the UK retail price. Moreover, I am interested looking the apparals for Dolce & Gabbana, they are so nice but just that it is really too expensive.

After a year of delay, I finally set down that I will be going to Singapore on this June Holiday.
Yesterday compared few airlines, found that Singapore airline's ticket was quite reasonable.
HKD1485 = SGD 297...much cheaper than I previously bought few years ago.

I will be coming on the 17 Jun (Wed) and leaving on 22 Jun (Mon) morning.
Hopefully, I will able to meet all of you guys.

Accommodation wise, initially I was about to book Holiday Inn Atrium.
However, I found another hotel which is quite interesting. It is called Link Hotel, located at Tiong Bahru Rd. It is a 4 star hotel, looks quite clean and it allows visitor to select if you want to stay in a room which has Chinese, Malay, Indian or Modern style.

Moreover, the rate of this hotel is cheapest among the 4 stars hotel.
It got a buy 3 night get 1 night promotion....cool~

Bowling Trip

It's has been sometime since I previously update the blog.
My society got a bowling trip on early Mar at Fiveways.

As this is a competition, the winner who achieved the higher scores will receive a shopping voucher worth 20 pounds.

Things were really bad at start...coz it has been quite long since I previously bowl.

It's my turn... and many of them are shouting "落坑"... >.<

In the end...it is another Jason who won the prize...Shit!
Actually, Jason Chiu, Jason Wong and myself (Jason Ng) were the first 3 runner up.

Merlion Kena Struck by Lightning!

Part of Merlion's skull fell apart after a Lightning Bolt struck its head on Saturday. (See above picture)

Following the strike, an emergency cabinet meeting was organized as ministers tried to make sense of what is going on. Minister of Home Affairs, Wong Kan Seng, was however not present as he was still hiding in a small corner of his home hoping that no one will notice that the one year anniversay of The Great Escape had recently passed. He, however, sent a written note to the meeting asking if he will lose his job over the Lightning Bolt.

Another notable figure missing was President Nathan, who is currently in hibernation. Nathan claimed that he needed to hibernate for he over-exerted himself recently following his landmark decision to turn over the key to the reserves and holding a press conference to explain his landmark decision to turn over the key to the reserves. Another credible rumour on the internet is that the government has hired a top team of geomancers and fengshui masters to correct the disturbance in the fengshui force field caused by the lightning strike to the Merlion.

The Merlion struck was but one of the five Merlions originally placed around Singapore in strategically important positions to ensure the smooth flow of chi around Singapore and to create an atmosphere conducive for earning money. Overseas trip during Easter Holiday

Bought a couple of books to look things up...
Researching has always been a headache issue for me...
Where to go, where to stay, what is the budget, what is the charge...argh!

Hotpot at home

Last weekend was really a happening one...thks to our favorable Rikou coming from London, to give us an excuse to have so much fun..haha.

Fri Night: Karaoke at Ikingdom...didn't take any photo, but we sang from 9pm to 6am...cool!
Sat Afternoon: Private time - Mahjong....Night we have hotpot at home!!

Beef, all sorts of "balls" and sausages...bacon (which I didn't eat)...
Vegi and even nuggets and chips (I fried it)...

After that was another 4 rounds of mahjong... Idiot Grace once again win away loads of money away...haha. Not to mention in total, she took away almost nearly 30 pounds from us within 3 days...hoho.

Sunday: Lunch at Malaysian Delight...taste the memorable Nasi Lemak and 炒粿條.
Night, eat in the delicious North Style Chinese Restaurant...串串香...all sorts of spicy food, expecially the 水煮魚....hot and nice!

Most Tiring Period of the Year

Hi, everyone...Firstly...Happy New Year to Everyone...though is the middle of the year..lolx.
Wish everyone to stay healthy (Nowadays easily fall ill), and hope everything is smooth this year.

These few weeks were definitely a challenge to my limits.
I took more than a week to prepare the examinations.
It was really difficult to get focus when revising in front of a computer which fulls of temptations.

Especially these few nights, I hardly get some sleeps (each day less than 4 hours), sleep at 3+ and woke up by 7.30am... Every morning was really chill and it was such a torture walking to school (though it was only a 10 min walk).

The revising period was really terrible. There are so many things to remember and read up. What I do is to tip the question and just focus on some topics for the essay questions while keep practicing the past year papers (80% similar every year). Yet it took so long time to complete, and due to insufficient sleep and nervous, things just did get into my mind easily.

Anyway, the papers went smoothly... I managed to tip the things right, except for today's marketing paper... I was struggling as the whole paper is to answer 3 essay questions. I just wrote what I know and cite example from what I have read.

Now, I only have one paper left and it is 7 days away...which means I can RELAX! for a couple of days before start to revise again... Hurray!

Shopping Trip over at London 3D2N

Came back from London, it was really an attractive place far beyond from Birmingham.
Firstly, it is easily accessible, with a day ticket, you can take all buses and tubes for all day at less than 4 pound.

Secondly, it is much more a friendly environment, since they have the most diverse culture there, as compared to many other cities in UK.

Thirdly, shopping is amazing, most of the shops will operate till late hours.

Fourthly, there were many nice restaurants to go in London.

As I did not intend to save for the trip, we had Japanese, Korean cuisines, as well as the roast duck rice, and huge burger meal... In addition, I have went to the "Japan Centre" and bought many Japanese Stuffs such as cup noodles back home.

It was really happening, we ran around the London city, doing shopping at mega shopping centres, queuing up for the Gucci stores (50% off), the expensive Harrods, the closing down Zavvi AV stores...everything went cheap, and I just could not resist the temptation...

Here are what I have bought...

The fashion Police Brand Leather Watches.

Some blue-ray DVDs, quite cheap to have them both at £25. I can watch them with my PS3 at home... and I also bought some DVD at £3 only. As the chain store Zavvi is going to wrap up, the stuffs in there is really cheap.

Last but not the least, I have bought the Gucci Shoes again...
It's not really that expensive, it cost around HKD1800. Normally, a sport shoes I bought E.g. Nike would have been HKD1200, so not really far from it though...haha.

I am now totally broke, need to save up the money again....lolx

Xmas Gift for myself

Merry Xmas in advance for everyone.
S'pore shd be a hot Xmas, and here in UK is a cold and quiet Xmas.

My first Xmas in UK (last year returned to HK), and it is so quiet.
Everyone has left and only me and one of my flatmate left.
Even find people to play mahjong is getting difficult.

Well, how can spending a Xmas without having a gift for myself...lolx.
This year, extraordinary heavily spending on a bag... First Gucci in my life..lolx.

I ordered it on the Gucci Internet 3 weeks ago... I was really surprise that they dispatch the bag from Italy. The price of the bag is nearly 20% cheaper from what you can get over in Hong Kong.

It took weeks to reach onto my hand. It comes with a huge box which will be useful when I shift place coming Summer :)

I am going to use it during my shopping trip in London this coming 26 Dec...haha.
Heard discount up to 75%, must not miss....

Christmas Ball Dinner 2008

Tonite was one of the enjoying night in the busiest December.
I went to the Christmas Ball organised by Chinese and HK society.

This was a totally expensive event for me..haha... Let's start counting.
1) Ticket cost around SGD 80
2) Shirt + Tie (Both bought from Ted Baker) = SGD 320
3) A pair of Shoes (Clarks) = SGD 130

The tie and shirt just fits 100%... :)

They were not satisfied..with me?? or one another... haha

Got pics with many ladies, this is Karven, the most sexist lady in the ball.

Here was the food I ordered... Grilled Salmon in garlic sause, laid with mash potatoes and vegetables. Quite declicious...accept that Salmon baked for too long.

Cheese cake...looks nice but it got a ginger biscuit layer, I find it okay, but not everyone.

The Right and the Wrong

Another sorrow matter...
I have been already working 1 year as a society president... All the while I thought it was alright, but recently, some people just tell me I have done a terrible year and bull shitting...

Now, I managed to continue my another year as a society president... Was it really because there are lack of capable people to take over that positions? Or was it because I am getting more abitious and enjoy the status of "President"??

I am sure there are people who are capabled or who I have not explored their potentials... and I do enjoy working with these people as it just make me to have a better school experience... However, none of them have convince me that they are totally alright to take things over... I need a president who is ambitious, and firm... Why other society will have candidates willing to sign up as president and try their best to go around get votes while my society dont... My ex vice-president thinks that they will able to do it as long you give them the position... To me, it will be pride if taken willingly and burden if you are not.

She told me that I shd communicate with my members more and not my friends... Its true I am weak in this ring... but if I have more free time in any of the event, I will make initiative to talk to them...

Handle people is definitely an issue....There is a ppl who dont like me on the first day, I tried, but it seems it will be not possible for us to be friends.... And she has a heavy influencial power to my committee previously... In my mind, she always restrict my freedom to execute my power... order my committee member to do this and that... Even come out with long email of discouragement... I think she is totally "JB" to be honest....point here and there.... who the hell is she.... just because she is my senior (though she is yonger than me), she can have the right to critise...have she been going through all this before? Stress from members, committee, student guild, everywhere...*Stop here before I start swearing.

Anyway, my previous boss also did tell me to improve my EQ.... calm down even if you are angry...smile and never show your anger to people externally...I hope I can really do that...but that will not be me anymore...

Finally, this will be a final event for Singsoc Committee 07-08, the Annual General Meeting 08.
It is a time when we past our throne to the next successor. Most of them may be enjoying, but probably not me...haha...Why?

First and for most, the credits go to Elf (my flatmate), who pass his flu onto me.
You can see the pics of me is tent (due to make-up), but it was really bloated and swollen.

And they caught me falling asleep...haha...

However, I sill need to act as if I am totally alright during presentations. That was the president speech, I have 10 over slides to go....

Follow by the candidates introducing themselves and questions will be asked.
They really stunt about the questions asked I guess.

Voting results released and I issued "Cert of Appreciation" to the current committee.

Weather is getting really cold, and I am getting lasier to go outdoor....
But well, there are also some nice place to visit at evening.

Elf and I went to German Market...basically it is like a carnival selling German Related staff...
and that includes the "German Sausage".....

Well, I did not manage to finish it, coz it's really huge and I start feeling disgusted abt the sausage...Well, ppl may question JN cant finish this hotdog?? Actually, I have the German Burger before that....so I really cant go any further...haha.

Day Trip: Cambridge

On the 1st Nov 08, my society (Singaporean Soc.) brought 30 over people to Cambridge for our daytip. As I was the organiser of that day, I hardly found any pic of myself.... (busy gathering people...T.T), I swear I am going again next year :)

This was the most entertaining moment on that day...the Punting Trip....We punt by ourselves, and the boat was really shaky and we kept screaming...haha...

After all the tiring trip, we got back to Birmingham at 9pm. We got changed and immediately went to Alan's 20th Birthday...Looking at the age, I just feel I am so old....bloody hell...haha.

Thanks to the Student Guild, the Singaporean Society and Malaysian Society have their welcome party at the same time and same venue.

It brought an opportunity for both societies to work together and make the event bigger :). It was really nice to work with more people, it just made us more efficient, and do things smarter.

The turn up rate was really good.... Probably people heard there will be free food...haha.

It's just a right time for dinner! Plus, there was a lucky draw.....

Fresher's Fair 2008 [Backdate]

On the third day when I returned to Birm (5 Oct), we got a fresher's fair to participate.

Basically, the purpose of this fair was to allow all freshers to join societies and clubs.

Another fun and tiring day. And for those who don't know that I was in-charging of the Singaporean Society, yes, I am still doing my job!

New Toy

For ppl who prefer to go to lecture with a lighter notebook.
This is something to recommend. Cost around HKD$4300, 1.4 KG and most importantly can last up to 6.5 hours. Although this might not be the lightest and smallest, but the screen is just nice and the keyboard size is alright too.

Why have I disappeared for such a long time?
Well, bcos I got my part time work at Hong Kong during late July.

I was working in the United Overseas Bank, Hong Kong Branch as a HR assistant.
From the job, I able to learn most HR practices and labour laws.

During this 2.5 months, I think there is only less than a week without OT.
Almost each day need to work till 8pm.

Buffet Dinner at HK Island, Shangri-La

Yesterday, we went to eat buffet at Shangri-La, Hong Kong Island.

The restaurant was rather popular, we made a 1 month advance booking.

As for the price, well, it costs HKD 410 a person, sounds rather expensive.

Well, just try this once in a blue moon.

Japanese: Soba Noodles, Skewer and Octopas sashimi, Tofu

Chinese: Egg, soup... Also there were all kinds of dimsum and Chinese dishes. (Since it was quite common, I did eat much Chinese food..haha)

Pizza: You can eat as much as you can....

Desserts: My favourite part...haha...all kinds...

Finally have the time to update my blog.
I reviewed my phone's file and realised I took some food pictures.

It was a Thai Restaurant at Harbour City, HK TST, called 金不换...
I am not sure if it is traditional (hardly eat Thai), but it was definitely delicious :)

Coconut Baked Seafood rice: Strong coconut smell, yet not too sweet.

Thai Meat Ball Noddles, the soup was delicious and the meat ball was chewy!

First Driving Lesson

Today is my first driving lesson.
I was really anxious but still it was a looking forward mement :)

My first lesson located at Kowloon Tong, a quiet area.
My coach briefly explain how to control the car, for like 10 mins, then
I got switch over and start to drive. Really fast isn't.

The location was a upward sloop. Firstly, we practice on the clutch, I was really scared and keep stepping on the break, end up the car got "dead fire". lolx. We do some reversing on the sloop with the clutch (neutral gear), the some moving forward with (gear 1). Then after 20 mins, he asked me to drive out on the real road. Dead fire on the first round, then subsequently I got familar with it and it went on smoothly.

The lesson was quite fun :) but it's really tiring. After that, he drove me back to Prince Edward, I took a station down to MongKok and start my weekend shopping...lolx. Bought 2 t-shirt and 1 polo.

Home Sweet Home

Finally, I am back to Hong Kong, and it has been 2 weeks since I am back.

So, what have I been doing? I think if I still dont update my blog, ppl like QS and Matt will assume I am dead...lolx.

Every morning, my regular activity will be looking for suitable job and send out resume. Then make sure my phone is switch on and hopefully someone will call me for interview.

A group of us has started to plan the Orientation Camp for the new batch of freshers, hence, I will have meetings with them every Wednesday. Requires travelling and really tiring.

Of coz, I have been going to karaoke recently with my friends as well. It so cheap in Hong Kong compared to UK.... Aside karaoke, as and when, I will meet out some "legs" to play mahjong...haha.

Today, I went to Novetel for a corporate buffet (accompany my parents), but just happened that my dad is being sent to Australia for business trip, so end up only my mom and I eating with my dad's colleagues.

Tomorrow, I will be going to Four Season Hotel and try out their high tea... I am so high now..haha.

Just came back from storage cargo, damn tired....we made 2 rounds in order to get everything to be shifted into the cargo...

Martin managed to snatch one huge trolley...really convinient, but the whole pool of people is staring at us LMAO!

Our storage space, 25 sq feet to be shared by 6 heads. Here is only 3 of our staffs. More to come...*Sweat!

Very tiring, habben finish packing things for tomorrow, and need to go for dinner in half an hr time. In additional, tonite we will be spending the whole night at the iKingdom (karaoke), sing till 6am...then I assume Mcdonald breakfast, then get ready to depart to Heathrow airport... :)

Today's weather is defintely irritating, rain rain and rain.

Anyway, another year older, another year nearer to death...haha.

Just wanna to wish it is going to be a peaceful year ahead. Everything runs smoothly, ideally.
I am now enjoying my holidays, slowly, till October.

My dad says will celebrate for me when I return to Hong Kong, looking forward for some nice food...haha.

It has been quite a time for me to access my blog.

Last week was the most terrible week, 5 examinations in a row. Almost everynight needed to boil night oil! Finally on Friday, 5 papers are over and 1 lefted on coming Wednesday.
Before the next paper, I should continue to work hard.

Since last week was really busy, I have not been awared of the Sichun Earthquake's situation.
Well, all I knew was that there was heavy earthquake, and many died.

I just watch the clips and I felt that I was really fortunate that I did not happen to be there.

It brings to an awareness on the importance to invest on technology which can predict natural disasters, and also equipment for rescuing purpose, rather than keep spending on military weapons.

This week is like a week to challenge in balancing work and friendship.

Somewhere, there are people rumor about my friend is misusing the money for an event for last year. When the words are pass to me, well (since I am in the position as a President), I need to carry out investigations.

At the first look, it's a really huge sum... And I was shock about the scene too. On one hand, I started to worry how should I go along to handle this. I know that if I do not handle it properly, this friend will just frustrated over me and that's it!

On another hand, it is also impossible for me not to do anything about it.

Anyway, it happen to be solved today. He sent someone to sent me a pile of receipts that prove that he has not spent a single peanuts more than he should. Cool!

Exams are in 2 weeks time....busy preparing for it.

My table is full of law notes at the moment, I try to digest them.
It was really lucky to have open book test for law on those days.
Damn damn, it just cannot get onto me... so many case to read...

Went Pad Thai yesterday, I guess the pics will be on facebook soon.
Ugly me..haha. Well, I was not drunk, but my face sure be red.
Whisky and coke, another sux combination, but still better
than cheevas and green-tea. I hate alcohol!

We sang for 5 hrs, but we want more, really not enuff man.

This evening we went near and fill out stomach with pub food.
I ordered 8oz rib eye steak with curly fries. Delicious.

Thats all lar, I CANNOT BELIEVE that my fresher's year will
be over soon! It's so fast, and I am about to move out! Pack pack!

BUt I also quite happy at the same time, going back to HK for the
next 3.5 months oii..

Btw, I decided to take up a driving license during this summer holiday.

Depart at 9am + from Birmingham Snowhill Station.... Sleepy!

After 2.5 hrs of train, finally reached London :)

The first place we went was the LeadenHall Market, a street with Victorian Feel^!

Yummy food! It is made with eggs and potatoes... Quite expensive, it costs us £5.

Do you want to get your shoes 'Polished'?? Actually I felt that standing at this position might be quite tiring as well...haha.

Then we start searching our place for lunch.... Where is this wulu place?
Seems like we were lost!! No worry, Rikou's at your service...haha.

We were having Vietnam Cuisines for our lunch!! My first ever try... (I could not recall I ate any Vietnam dishes before..haha)

Of coz we do more shopping after that around Oxford Streets....But no point posting, coz is all H&M, Topshop...blabla..haha. I spent £40 to buy a nice long detective coat from Uniqlo(post up later) :)

Wonder if it is selling in Singapore as well?? Maybe Gary has bought one already, haha..

At 8pm, I was really tired and feel like dieing, my stomach keep aching and I was really hungry...
Finally, our last stop at "Nara - Korean and Japanese Delights".

I loved this rice.... I think I ate much more spicy food than I was during in Singapore...lolx

Finish dinner, we catched the late train and returned to Birmingham at 1am+...

My conclusion for London is Vibrant and lively.
Definitely suits for the working class but not student like me..haha....coz it will

make me broke.

Finally went to warwick yesterday. Although i have not visited the whole school, but got to mention that the facilities are "cool". Big hall, clean toliet, cool buildings......argh!

Of coz, Aston is not bad either, we are nearer to city centre, which means more variety of entertainment and food...

It took me 20 mins from New street to Conventry...nothing special, a small town with some shops... Another 10 mins to University of Warwick through Taxi.I did not really take much pic on warwick exterior, because it was getting dark.

Want to eat yummy and less oil food...here are 2 recommendation.

I just grab whatever in my kitchen and made them...

Dish 1: Steam Beancurd with Prawns and mince pork

Buy some mince pork from the supermarket, marinate it with some light sause, sugar, salt, flour,and add a small tea spoon of oil. Marinate it for 20 minutes, use a spoon to scoope them onto the beancurd. Add a prawn onto the mince meat. If you want the pork to have more fragrance, add in some Shaoqin Wine... Steam the dish for 20 mins, and u will get the following:

Dish 2: Teriyaki Grill Chicken

This one is really easy.... Just marinate the chicken with salt and pepper..
Coat the chicken with a layer of Teriyaki sause (either self-made or get instant).

Put it into the oven to grill for 15-20 mins (200 degree). Remember to turn the chicken to make sure both side turns golden brown.
